What have I done?
What indeed. A boxed theme. This is a travesty. I’ve been really slacking on blogging lately, and the more I looked at the problem, the more my blog’s theme started to be an issue. Partially because of the way things worked, partially because posts really required a subtitle, whatever, blah blah, I need to redesign to encourage myself to knock out posts. That goes for both long ones and quick thoughts.
I stopped by Wordpress’s new theme repository and picked up this new jobby called “Gear,” modified it just enough to fit my big-ass images and showcase a little Kei and of course Chiyo’s dad, and went with it. It’ll hold me until I can do a full redesign myself.
So… there you go. Expect more blogging, whether you like it or not.
Looks to me like the 9rules button is sticking out over the right-hand edge of the right-hand column, even after shift-refreshing. Of course, that might be the kind of thing that can wait until you do a full redesign, or it might just be my Firefox. Or both.
Hey, I’m cool with this theme if it means you are going to write more!
Looks good! I like the color scheme, though it reminds me a little of the previous WP admin color scheme.
You need to write here more often. Don’t be like those guys who ditch their friend once they get a GF (i.e. Riex). Bros before OH!s I always say.
I think you need to remove me from your blogroll and stick me under Useful Stuff.
Theme looks pretty decent – better than a lot of other wordpress themes.
Hey otou-san, I liked the previous theme a lot better. It’s livelier and more bad-ass. It also had Evangelion so that can’t be a bad thing.
If you put up Minmeis or a bunch of Valks this one may still work.
