There's really something about trying to be a master of something, but not mastering the thing for yourself but to make someone love you. It's almost destined to fail, but the way it plays hopscotch between selfishness and selflessness and being wholly about being in-love, I can't be anything else but moved by this wonderful, terrible second arc.
